
In order to provide you with more quality support during the times you need it most, we have changed the hours of our helpdesk. The new hours will be 7am to 11pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday. By changing the hours we will be able to add more technicians during our most active times, which will result in reduced wait times and better quality support for you. These changes took affect on August 23, 2006. |
